We deliver nationwide.
WHEN will my order be processed?
Upon your confirmation, your orders will be immediately processed for 24 hours and will then be shipped the next day.
WHERE are your products from?
Our Licensed Collective source our products from authentic and trusted partners to provide you with your favourite collectibles and merchandize from DC, We Bare Bears, and Looney Tunes, to name a few.
WHEN can I expect the delivery of my order?
We strive to deliver your collectibles within the following time frame:
- Metro Manila: 2-5 Business Days
- Nationwide: 2-10 Business Days
WHAT if I have missing items in my order?
Do not fret if you have missing items in your parcel and immediately contact us through our support@ourlicensedcollective.com for us to assist you!
HOW do I follow up my order?
In the rare instance that you have not received your order for more than 5 business days, do not hesitate to drop us an email at support@ourlicensedcollective.com to inquire about the status of your order. We have a dedicated team to sort out your concerns as soon as possible but due to the high demand of orders, we implore your patience and your cooperation.
WHO can receive my order?
Even though you are not physically there during the delivery, anyone on your behalf can receive the item as long as the address you’ve provided is correct. Ensure to prepare the payment in advance for a hassle-free transaction!
DO you deliver to a corporate or office address?
For the busy bee, you can also set the delivery address the same as your office address. Just indicate at the checkout page if it is an office address and we will strive to deliver your order during business days, Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
